One Purpose, One Passion, One Mission..
Rescue the Children!

Greetings from India..
Throughout India, the welfare of lower-income girls poses a serious problem. Thousands and thousands of girls are abandoned and orphaned, forced to wander the streets, working brothels or living in shelters. The vast majority of these orphaned and abandoned girls have been abused or raped.
From an early age, they are expected to look after themselves and to provide their own income. Yet they are illiterate and have no hope of attending school. Because of the lack of work, girls are often forced into the sex trade, positioned so they cannot by any means envision a better life and future for themselves.
The combination of extreme poverty and a deep cultural bias against women has created an un-ending cycle in which girls of poorer families are continually viewed as a burden. The birth of a daughter is a major weight for the poor in India, as the parents must start saving for a dowry.
According to UNICEF, up to 50 million girls are missing from India's population due to the country's gender discrimination. Everyday, thousands of unwanted babies (nearly always female) are left in trash dumpsters or alongside the roads. Often they take their last breath alone.
It has been our desire to have a home for girls from the above-mentioned backgrounds. We want to provide them with a home where they are loved and cared for along with meeting all their basic needs such as food, clothing and education. We want them to grow up as God-fearing, responsible citizens and help break the unending cycle of poverty and gender discrimination.
Thank you for all your prayers, help and support.
