is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of orphans throughout Asia, with a focus in India and Africa. His heart’s desire is to expand worldwide. Gene’s vision is to help the "poorest of the poor", the "pure orphans", that have lost both parents and family. Gene has worked in marketing, conducting leadership and personal development training for the past 35 years. He has conducted leadership and business management seminars and conferences throughout Australia, Canada, New Zealand, India, Dubai and the United States. His driving force and passion is now with humanitarian work for orphans; to raise finances, feed, clothe, educate, house and lovingly give hope and a destiny to these very precious children around the world. Gene serves on the Board of Directors for Elijah’s Cup of Mercy Int’l, Inc. based in Israel. They care for orphaned children from Russia. Gene also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Bethesda Life Centre orphanages based in India.
Gene and Arlene have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
Arlene Rumley - Founder/ Vice President is a dedicated mother and grandmother with a heart that cries
out for the orphaned children. It all began with Arlene and Gene’s long time friendship with the Thampy family and ministry in India. Seventeen years ago they partnered with the Thampy family to help raise finances and support their work in feeding the poor and taking in abused women. They are now raising funds for five established orphanages in India and a daily street-feeding program for the abandoned children in Mumbai. Arlene has trained thousands of men and women throughout the U.S.A., Canada and Australia in leadership skills and personal development growth. She loves to bring encouragement to the heart and soul of individuals. Arlene’s heart commitment over the years has been to see individuals overcome the negative obstacles in their lives and grow from within to reach their God given potential. Her greatest joy today is to give more and do more for the beautiful, orphaned children. Arlene, along with Gene, handles the administration, communication and fund raising activities for Mission for Orphans. Arlene also serves on the Board of Directors for Elijah’s Cup of Mercy Int’l, Inc.
